• Assist with marketing efforts such as online listings, social media posts, and community outreach to attract qualified applicants.
• Guide applicants through the rental process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Prepare, review, and explain lease agreements to new tenants, ensuring a clear understanding of terms and conditions.
• Address tenant concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
• Provide occupancy updates and tenant activity reports to property management.
• Manage lease renewals, communicate any changes to tenants, and assist with the renewal process.
• Perform regular inspections of units and common areas to ensure property standards are met.
