Job summary

InterSolutions is seeking a bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant in Sarasota, FL. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through applications and credit checks to secure housing.

Strong customer service, clear lease policy communication, and accurate rent collection are essential. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with leasing or sales experience preferred. Training and career coaching are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours to determine housing needs.
• Assist residents with leasing paperwork, including applications and lease agreements.
• Collect security deposits, rent, and other move-in charges.
• Communicate lease and community policies to residents.
• Follow up with leads and prospects who did not lease.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and maintain them.
• Assist with lease renewals and retention efforts.
