Base pay range

$21.73/hr - $24.15/hr

Position Summary

IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing activities at our 468-unit apartment community located in Santa Clara, California.

Job Duties

• Implement strong leasing and marketing efforts.
• Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins.
• Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI).
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Generate reports and support leasing and marketing efforts as required.

Job Requirements

• One to three years of multi-family leasing experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Ability to take direction yet be self-motivated.
• Be a team player, possess accountability, and align with company culture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with good organizational skills.
• Must be available to work weekend hours.

Education Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with professional knowledge of business discipline.

Schedule

Friday - Sunday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
