OPPORTUNITY: FLOATING LEASING CONSULTANT - SAN FRANCISCO, CA

DAYS REQUIRED: Weekends required

Sares Regis Group seeks an experienced sales and customer service professional to float between properties in Northern California, with our Venue community as the home property. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in property management!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Interview prospective residents, record information to ascertain needs and qualifications, and input data into the computer.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments, discuss layout, facilities, location benefits, and lease terms.
• Qualify prospective residents by verifying applications and lease documents, updating records as needed.
• Complete lease forms, collect deposits and fees.
• Introduce residents to apartment and property procedures.
• Promote positive resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Effective presentation and communication skills for interacting with employees, managers, clients, and the public.
• Strong listening skills and teamwork ability.
• Weekend availability is a must.

Salary range: $24.00-$26.00/hour. We offer a competitive package including 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts depending on location. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours weekly are eligible for medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and vacation. Sick time is provided per law.
