Job summary

Klingbeil Capital Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Sacramento, CA for a full-time sales role. You will engage prospects, provide tours, and convert leads into leases while building lasting resident relationships.

You will also manage social media outreach to raise awareness and showcase the community. Weekend availability is required, with three weekends per month and two weekday days off.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use social media for community outreach.
• Comfort with phone and text conversations and lead follow-up.

The salary range represents the low and high end of Klingbeil Capital Management's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.
