Job summary

Klingbeil Capital Management in Pasadena, MD seeks a Leasing Manager to lead sales and resident engagement in a fast-paced property environment. You will build relationships with prospects, organize resident events, and promote our communities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

A minimum of 2 years in property management or related fields and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential and able to work under pressure.
• Experience with property management, hospitality or retail industries is preferred; 2+ years recommended.
• Fluent in reading and writing English.
• Able to perform basic to intermediate math functions.
• Must be able to drive a car.

The salary range represents the low and high end of Klingbeil Capital Management's salary range for this position.
