In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business and being the face of Loganberry Apartments in Richmond Heights, Ohio.

Responsibilities

1. Clerical duties as required
2. Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features
3. Answering phones, greeting potential clients, and showing model apartments
4. Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements

Qualifications

1. Positive attitude and professional demeanor
2. Valid driver's license
3. Ability to work on Saturdays
4. Strong sales and marketing abilities
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills
6. Leasing or property management experience
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic to intermediate level
