In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships and representing Parkside Gardens Apartments in Euclid, OH. We are seeking someone with leasing apartment sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical duties as required
• Field general inquiries about rental units and property features
• Answer phones, greet potential clients, and show model apartments
• Assist potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license is required
