Dietz Property Group is seeking two sales professionals for a full-time Leasing Consultant position (40 hours/week) at our premier apartment community in Blacklick, OH. Candidates must have at least 1 year of sales or face-to-face customer service experience and meet the outlined requirements.

DUTIES

• Make and take calls with prospective residents, describing community features, benefits, and value
• Perform sales presentations and tours, identifying and selling to customer needs
• Prepare and process screenings and paperwork for applicants and residents
• Create and participate in resident social activities
• Provide professional service to prospects, residents, team members, and vendors
• Perform other related duties as required

Ideal Candidates Must Have

• Ability to express positive enthusiasm and connect with people
• Selling and closing skills
• Professional office and workspace maintenance
• Experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, internet
• Flexibility to work a schedule including Saturdays
• Previous property management experience is not required

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, mostly Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, depending on property needs.
