Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents to promote retention.
• Complete lease applications and communicate results to prospects.
• Create a friendly and professional office environment through exceptional customer service.
• Inspect community amenities and facilities regularly for quality assurance.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of leasing experience in conventional apartments or student housing (preferred).
• Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and online presence.
• Ability to convert calls and inquiries into appointments and leases.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for serving residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Law.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
