Living (Leasing) Consultant - Farmhaus Role Summary

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in ensuring all residents feel welcome at our properties. Your responsibilities include coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and retention goals. You will handle activities related to leasing new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.
