Living (Leasing) Consultant - Misty Ridge Apartments Role Summary

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents and will play a vital role in making all residents feel welcome at Capital Square’s properties. This role involves coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Responsibilities include leasing to new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction during the lease term, and securing lease renewals.
