Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a 462-unit apartment community in Northwestern Plano. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close sales, and process leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

The role requires strong communication, ability to type 30 WPM, and familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi. We offer a competitive hourly rate, plus monthly new lease and renewal bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1 year leasing consultant experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Must have good leasing and closing skills.
• Typist 30 WPM; organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents.
• Answer calls and emails; manage inquiries.
• Complete guest cards and lease paperwork accurately.
• Sell features and amenities to prospects; show apartments.
• Secure leases and process applications.

Rate: $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Requirements

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work every other Saturday.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
