Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years in sales, hospitality, or leasing preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with tenants and colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between properties and work a flexible schedule.
• Experience with property management software (MRI/Yardi) and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

In addition, this role manages and facilitates all lease documentation, the move-in and move-out process, and provides customer service to all current and prospective tenants. **Essential Job Functions** 1. Provides property and apartment unit tours to prospective tenants2. Prepares lease and lease renewal documents3. Partners with the Property Manager to monitor and maintain occupancy goals4. Facilitates and schedules the tenant move-in and move-out process5. Encourages retention by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with residents6. Maintains appointment calendar and assists in the preparation of move-in booklets and other promotional materials7. Assists with resident functions, activities, and programs as needed8.
