ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Houston, TX to attract and screen tenants, promote available properties, and ensure smooth move-in experiences. You will coordinate with the Property Manager and team to meet occupancy goals and uphold community standards.

The role involves marketing, tours, applicant screening, lease negotiation, and exceptional customer service, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects.
• Market and promote available properties.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Assist with move-ins and resident communications.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and assist with special reports.

Job Description:A leasing consultant primary role is to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process.As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. Your role involves marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
