We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to oversee daily leasing operations at one of our communities and ensure residents experience luxury living. As a Leasing Consultant, you will help residents find their ideal home. Your tours will be personalized, from recommending the perfect floorplan to highlighting local hotspots. You understand what motivates people and follow up on every lead to show you care. Weekend availability, especially Saturday, is required as it’s a high-traffic time for prospective residents.

• Customer Service Skills: Ability to create a sense of community and deliver a memorable experience for new residents. Building relationships is key to your success.
• Sales and Marketing: Your personalized approach and creative campaigns generate leasing performance and community enthusiasm.
• Follow-through: You understand prospects’ needs and keep them engaged with updates about the community, local amenities, and events.
• Desire to Help: Committed to creating a better way to live for residents and colleagues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience, ideally in real estate or property management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of fair housing laws
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
