Role Overview: The Leasing Consultant manages marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Responsibilities include leasing activities, resident satisfaction, lease renewals, marketing, property inspections, and resolving resident issues.
Work Hours: 40 hours/week, typically Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 1pm-5pm. Flexibility to work weekends is required.
Minimum Requirements: Availability to work weekends, ability to work independently, and physical capacity to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent mobility.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred. Proficiency in property management software and strong communication skills are essential. A valid driver’s license is required.
