Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates | Real Estate Management is seeking a leasing consultant to present apartments to prospects and market the community using a variety of media and tools. You will assess client needs and financials to tailor compelling presentations, highlight property features, and guide applicants through the leasing and verification process.

Qualifications include at least 1 year in a multi-family leasing role, excellent customer service, and proven sales and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Fair housing knowledge is a plus and training is provided.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities are required.
• Marketing fluency with digital media and tools is expected.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Present apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
• Market the community through various media and advertising techniques using all marketing tools
• Evaluate clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations
• Knowledgeable about the different features of the property, to accurately show units.
• Keen in the Multi-Family industry for this surrounding area.
• Validate application information and references
• Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
• Keep abreast of the property market status
• Ensure property meets company standards, by physically inspecting property and units.
• Must be willing to work on Weekends
