Job summary

Chamberlin + Associates in Memphis is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy through focused leasing activities and market exploration. You will present apartments, screen applicants, and coordinate with landlords to secure tenants and maintain property standards.

Full-time role with competitive pay and strong bonus potential, plus a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, vision, and dental. Weekend availability expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year as a leasing consultant in the multi-family industry.
• Fair housing certified (not required; will train).
• Proven track record of successful sales and negotiation techniques.
• Computer literate and tech-savvy.
• Creative in marketing including digital media.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable about the different features of the property, to accurately show units.
• Keen in the Multi-Family industry for this surrounding area.

• Ensure property meets company standards, by physically inspecting property and units.
• Must be willing to work on Weekends
