Role and Responsibilities

1. The Leasing Consultant is the main point of contact with prospective residents.
2. Assist the Community Manager in marketing the Miramonte apartment community.
3. Engage and interact effectively with visitors and residents.
4. Showcase the benefits of the community.
5. Close rental agreements successfully.
6. Resolve issues with current residents.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

• Outgoing, professional, and customer service-oriented.
• Effective sales and multi-tasking skills.
• Previous general office and computer experience.
• Property management experience is preferred.
• Availability on weekends is required.
