Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospects, residents, and guests in person and by phone
• Schedule property viewings, conduct tours, and interview prospective residents
• Address questions, concerns, and complaints promptly
• Process applications, renewals, and create rental agreements
• Inspect property conditions and coordinate maintenance and cleaning
• Maintain organized resident files
• Report issues to the Community Manager
• Maintain professionalism with residents, vendors, and staff
• Ensure ethical and fair work practices
• Assist with resident activities and other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Background

• High energy and positive attitude to foster team spirit
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or similar fields preferred
• Ability to work harmoniously with staff, vendors, and residents
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal; basic math skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams); experience with Yardi, Resman, or similar software preferred
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required
