What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

  • Leasing & Sales – Guide prospective residents through property tours, answer questions, and help them find the right apartment.
  • Prospect Engagement – Greet and qualify leads, follow up via phone and email, and market to potential residents through social media and networking.
  • Administrative Support – Process leases, applications, and other required documentation efficiently and accurately.
  • Resident Relations & Events – Assist with resident retention efforts, plan community events, and respond to resident inquiries and service requests.
  • Marketing & Outreach – Maintain relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services, and regularly shop competitors to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Community Presentation – Ensure office, amenity areas, model apartments, and common spaces are clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
  • High school diploma or GED required (college degree is a plus).
  • Strong communication & customer service skills – You enjoy connecting with people and helping them find solutions.
  • Saturday availability required (we’re closed Sundays!).
  • Tech-savvy & marketing-minded – Comfort with social media and leasing technology is a plus.
