Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for San Marco Villas I in Florida. You will implement the leasing and marketing program, promote the community image, and assist management with resident programs and retention.

Daily duties include touring with prospects, processing leases, and supporting retention goals. The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering a positive resident experience and coordinating events.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tax credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community to help future residents find their new home.
• Process lease applications and type up leases.
• Plan and attend resident events.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting, and retention.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.
