Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Kingsland, GA to help prospective residents find the right apartment home. You will use high-level communication and consultative selling to deliver a positive, genuine experience and support renewals.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents in finding suitable apartment homes using consultative selling.
• Provide high-quality customer service to residents to enhance living experiences and support renewals.
• Communicate effectively to prospects and residents, both verbally and in writing.
• Help maintain and grow occupancy through marketing concepts and relationship-building.
