The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations and ensure residents experience luxury living. Your role involves guiding prospective residents through personalized tours, understanding their needs, and following up on leads, especially during high-traffic weekends. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or property management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of fair housing laws
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
