The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations and ensure residents experience luxury living. You'll help residents find their perfect home, personalize tours, and follow up on leads, especially during high-traffic weekends. Join us in redefining apartment management and creating exceptional living experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service to create a sense of community.
2. Drive leasing performance through personalized connections, creative campaigns, and social media engagement.
3. Follow up with prospective residents, providing tailored updates and community insights.
4. Work weekends, especially Saturdays, to accommodate prospective residents.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
