The Role

Your role involves engaging with prospective residents, conducting personalized tours, and building community relationships. Weekend availability, especially Saturdays, is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a sense of community.
• Drive leasing performance through personalized outreach, social media, and creative campaigns.
• Follow up with prospective residents, providing tailored updates and support.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience, preferably in real estate or property management.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
