Responsibilities

Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction. Ensure model apartments are in touring condition. Process paperwork and maintain records. Follow up with prospects, conduct inspections, and support resident relations. Assist with property marketing and safety compliance. Perform clerical duties and support resident activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Preferred: 1+ year sales and residential leasing experience.
• Skills: Customer service, familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems, MS Office, organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively, valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
