Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Leasing and Marketing departments to follow up with all leads generated from different channels.
  • Innovate and implement promotion strategies including online/offline advertisements, virtual open house activities, and community events.
  • Participate in innovation meetings to develop sales plans for different seasons with flexible strategies.
  • Familiarize yourself with all properties and amenities to develop effective introductory strategies; provide potential tenants with relevant information tailored to their requirements and budget in a timely manner.
  • Conduct property tours (virtual/field) and online communications (phone/video) to showcase facilities and available units.
  • Understand basic Landlord and Tenant Law, Residential Real Estate Law, and related legal matters; handle essential documents/notices/letters to tenants according to required timeframes; negotiate with tenants on specific terms and conditions.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding paperwork (leases, contracts, agreements, statements) and support the Property Management team with check-in/check-out processes, inspections, and maintenance requests.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, Instagram, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle pressure effectively.
  • Knowledge of residential real estate law and practices.
  • Proven experience as a leasing agent is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suites.

Compensation: $18 - $20 an hour + Commission
