Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Salary: $22 per hour plus bonuses

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday

About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. Your interactions with prospective and current residents will be key to achieving maximum occupancy and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience.
• Handle traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation.
• Inspect apartments, coordinate move-in/out needs, and maintain resident files.
• Follow up with prospects, convert inquiries into tours, and process renewal paperwork.
• Ensure apartments are in move-in condition and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support resident relations and assist with resident activities to foster retention.
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and processing invoices.
• Comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Preferred: 1+ year sales and residential leasing experience.
• Skills in customer service, familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance required.
