Position Summary

IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at our 256- unit apartment community located in Hercules , CA. The schedule will be Tuesdaythrough Sunday from 9AM to 6PM.

Job Duties

• Strong leasing and marketing efforts
• Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
• Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required

Job Requirements

• At least one year of multi-family leasing experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated
• Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate with good organizational skills
• Must be available to work Tuesday through Sunday from 9AM to 6PM.
