Job summary

Interstate Equities Corporation (IEC) is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant for our Sunnyvale, California community. You will handle leasing, marketing efforts, move-ins, and data entry in YARDI while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires 1–3 years in multi-family leasing, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset. Weekend hours are required, with a competitive compensation package and benefits through IEC Property Services

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multi-family leasing experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated.
• Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Position Summary

Job Duties

• Strong leasing and marketing efforts
