Position Summary:

IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at our 400-unit apartment community located in Yorba Linda, California . The schedule will be Thursday through Monday from 9AM to 6PM.

Job Duties:

• Strong leasing and marketing efforts
• Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
• Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required
