Job summary

Interstate Equities Corporation (IEC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing at a 176-unit apartment community in Union City, CA. The role runs Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with an hourly salary of $24–$27 plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities include leasing activities, move-ins, data entry in YARDI, and delivering excellent customer service to residents. Requires at least one year of multi-family leasing experience and knowledge of Fair Housing

Qualifications

• At least one year of multi-family leasing experience.

• Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday 9AM–6PM.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with good organizational skills.

• Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI).
