Job summary

You will lead leasing activities, conduct signings, and maintain records in YARDI while delivering excellent resident service. Requirements include 1+ year of leasing experience, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• At least one year of multi-family leasing experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leasing activities at the apartment community.
• Schedule and conduct lease signing meetings and move-ins.
• Complete data entries in the property management system (YARDI).
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Provide reports and data to support leasing and marketing efforts.
