Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC in Greenville, SC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to engage with future residents and secure leases, highlighting community features and benefits.

You will build relationships, resolve resident issues, and coordinate events while providing excellent customer service and using Microsoft Office tools. Weekend availability is required and a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service experience preferred.

Compensation: $18 to $21 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a leasing consultant to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents
• Use attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative tasks

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• customer Service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work a fixed schedule: Saturday 10 am- 4 pm and Sunday 1 pm - 5 pm
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
