Job summary

RAM Partners LLC is seeking a leasing consultant to connect with future residents, identify wants and needs, and secure lease agreements. The role focuses on highlighting community features and guiding prospects through the leasing process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a fixed schedule: Saturday 10 am-4 pm and Sunday 1 pm-5 pm.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Communicate effectively with potential residents at all steps to secure leases.
• Serve as a resource for residents and help resolve issues.

Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour

We are looking for a leasing consultant to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements

Responsibilities
