Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest – showcase your community's features and benefits to stand out.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents to secure leases.
• Serve as a resource for residents and help resolve issues.

Overview

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant in who thrives off using their customer service skills to connect with future residents and can identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements.
