Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect with future residents, identify needs, and secure lease agreements. The role offers competitive compensation and a strong benefits package.

You will generate interest, communicate clearly with prospects, and help residents feel at home through friendly service and organized activities. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest and highlight community features to attract residents.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents at all steps of the leasing process.
• Serve as a resource for residents to express issues and help find resolutions.
• Build relationships to retain residents and drive renewals.
• Coordinate office tasks and organize resident activities.

Compensation: $22 to $23 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a leasing consultant to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively to potential residents on all steps to call your community their home
• Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents
• Use attention to detail skills to perform required office administrative tasks

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work a fixed schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
