Acento Real Estate Partners is actively seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and match renters with the perfect home. You’ll qualify prospects, assist with applications, and manage background and credit checks to support timely lease signings.

Join a team focused on exceptional customer service, daily leasing operations, and using OneSite to track traffic and availability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing experience required.
• Familiarity with OneSite, MRI, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to close leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home.
• Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move-ins.
• Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, inspect apartments before move-in, and ensure units are in excellent condition.
• Respond to resident service requests, answer calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents.
• Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure community areas are clean, inviting, and tour-ready.
• Use property management software (OneSite or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leasing & Tours: Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home.
• Sales Process: Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move-ins.
• Move-In Coordination: Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, inspect apartments before move-in, and ensure all units are in excellent condition.
• Customer Service: Respond to resident service requests, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents.
• Daily Operations: Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure all community common areas are clean, inviting, and tour-ready.
• System Management: Use property management software (OneSite or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising preferred)
• At least 1 year of leasing experience required
• Familiarity with property management systems like OneSite, MRI, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to close leases
• Solid understanding of property management principles and customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus!
