Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our community. You will welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, and present apartment homes with a focus on value. You will convert leads, handle applications, renewals, and ensure resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes energetic, sales-driven individuals with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of building rapport and closing leases in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software a plus.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional community tours.
• Present apartments and amenities highlighting community value.
• Convert leads into leases with follow-up and strong communication.
• Process rental applications, leases, renewals, and resident documents.
• Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with resident retention initiatives and renewal programs.
• Maintain records using property management software.
• Keep model apartments, clubhouse, and amenity areas tour-ready.
• Collaborate with the team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.

• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous multifamily leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus. Weekend availability required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Sales-oriented with the ability to build rapport and close leases.
