Are you an initiative-taking, experienced, and personable Leasing Consultant (Agent, Specialist) ready to join a fantastic team of professionals? GoldOller Real Estate Investments is on the hunt for someone like YOU!

Pay: $18/hr

Location: The Laurel Apartments

This position has the potential to earn over $1,000 in commissions per month!

On any given day you will:

• Respond to potential residents' interest for rentals at our communities, in the office, in-person, and via digital platforms.
• Show available apartment homes, answer questions, and finalize lease terms.
• Set resident expectations regarding security deposits, rent procedures, and amenities included in the lease.
• Prepare background checks, reference letters, rental history, income verification, and lease applications.
• Execute lease terms properly and address tenant defaults appropriately.
• Maximize occupancy through sales techniques and excellent customer service.
• Assist in community advertising and maintain online postings.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and partners.

Essential requirements:

• At least one year of leasing, customer service, or related experience; multifamily housing experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
