Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Job Summary

Woodruff Property Management Company is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to assist prospective residents, support leasing efforts, and provide outstanding service to current residents. Responsibilities include marketing, leasing, and resident relations to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market, show, and lease apartments to prospective residents
  2. Establish rapport with potential residents, assess their budget, preferences, and needs
  3. Maintain an updated inventory of available apartments and track renewal information
  4. Verify rental applications for accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, assisting with inquiries and concerns
  6. Assist in the move-in and move-out process, ensuring apartments are ready
  7. Prepare move-in and welcome packages for new residents
  8. Process service requests for maintenance and follow-up as needed
  9. Represent the company professionally and friendly at all times
  10. Work at other properties as needed
  11. Perform additional leasing and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Previous leasing or related sales experience (preferred)
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  3. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  4. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  5. Professional, friendly, and customer-service driven
  6. Flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
  7. Reliable transportation
  8. Must pass background check and drug screening
  9. Valid driver’s license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record
Physical Requirements
  1. Ability to walk properties, conduct tours, and assist with move-ins/move-outs
  2. Frequent standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
  3. Ability to use computer, phone, and office equipment for extended periods
