About The Property

About You

Responsibilities

• Solicit business actively to meet occupancy and rental goals.
• Market the property via advertising, respond to inquiries, and conduct tours.
• Lead property tours, highlighting community amenities.
• Manage rent collection, including delinquency procedures.
• Assist in budget management to enhance community income.
• Maintain resident ledgers and conduct unit inspections.
• Coordinate community events.
• Work schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year leasing/sales experience
• Experience with affordable housing procedures
• Yardi experience preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Availability to work 5 days including Saturdays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel, internet, email, social media marketing
• Organized, detail-oriented, good time management
• Flexible schedule understanding property staffing needs
• Entrepreneurial mindset, integrity, self-motivated, collaborative
• Physical ability to walk property, conduct inspections, and visit area businesses
• Professional appearance

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $17.62 - $20.00/hour + lease commissions
