Job summary

SPM, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Fenwyck Manor in Chesapeake, VA. You’ll be the welcoming face of the community, guiding prospects from initial contact to a signed lease and a great move-in experience.

You’ll lead engaging tours, build genuine connections, and collaborate with the management team to maintain a vibrant, well-marketed property. Training is provided for the right candidate with a passion for customer service and sales.

Qualifications

• Sales, leasing, or customer service experience (training provided)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming, professional face of our community — in person, on the phone, or online
• Create genuine connections by listening to prospects and guiding them to their perfect new home
• Lead tours highlighting property features to excite prospects to join the community
• Stay proactive with timely follow-ups that convert interest into residency
• Handle lease applications smoothly and accurately for a seamless move-in experience
• Collaborate with the management team to deliver clear resident communications, daily reports, and marketing support
• Keep model and vacant apartments sparkling and ready to impress
• Drive community buzz through creative marketing and outreach
• Assist residents with questions or concerns, ensuring they feel heard and valued

• Drive community buzz every day through creative marketing and outreach that puts us in the spotlight.
• Jump in to assist residents with questions or concerns, making sure everyone feels heard, valued, and truly at home.

What You’ll Bring:

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for helping people
• Sales, leasing, or customer service experience (preferred but not required — we train the right people)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Familiarity with Yardi 7S is a plus
• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
