SPM, LLC – Terraces at Clearwater Beach is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to warmly greet visitors, conduct engaging tours, and guide prospects toward their perfect home. You’ll partner with the property team to ensure a smooth application and move-in process while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role in leasing or sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of the community and conduct in-person, phone, and online interactions.
• Listen to prospects and guide them to their ideal home.
• Lead tours highlighting property features to excite prospects.
• Follow up with leads to convert interest into applications.
• Process lease applications accurately for a smooth move-in.
• Collaborate with the management team on resident communications and marketing.
• Keep model and vacant apartments clean and presentable.
• Support residents with questions or concerns.

What You’ll Do

• Be the welcoming, professional face of our community — whether in person, on the phone, or online, making every interaction count!
• Create genuine connections by truly listening to prospects and guiding them confidently to their perfect new home.
• Lead fun, engaging tours that highlight our property’s standout features and leave prospects excited to join the community.
• Stay proactive with timely follow-ups that turn interested prospects into happy, satisfied residents.
• Handle lease applications smoothly and accurately, ensuring a seamless move-in experience.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to deliver clear resident communications, maintain daily reports, and power up marketing initiatives.
• Keep our model and vacant apartments sparkling — always ready to impress and inspire.
• Drive community buzz every day through creative marketing and outreach that puts us in the spotlight.
• Jump in to assist residents with questions or concerns, making sure everyone feels heard, valued, and truly at home.

What You’ll Bring

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for helping people
• Sales, leasing, or customer service experience (preferred but not required — we train the right people)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Familiarity with Yardi 7S is a plus
• A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
