Job summary

Dietz Property Group is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant at one of our premier apartment communities in Canal Winchester, OH. You must have at least 1 year of sales or face-to-face customer service experience and be able to describe the community's features, benefits, and value.

Responsibilities include conducting tours, processing applicant screenings, and delivering professional service to residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or face-to-face customer service role.
• Ability to perform screenings and paperwork for applicants.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook.
• Willing to work Saturdays.
• Previous property management experience is not required.

• Perform sales presentations and tours to prospective customers—must identify and sell to the customer's needs.

• Provide quality, professional service to prospective residents, current residents, team members and vendors.

Dietz Property Group is seeking a sales professionals to become a Full-time Leasing Consultant (40 hours per week) with us at one of our premier apartment communities in the Canal Winchester, OH area. You must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or face-to-face customer service role and be able to perform the necessary requirements outlined below to be considered for this position.

DUTIES:

The specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Make and take phone calls with prospective customers and residents, describing the community's features, benefits and value
• Perform sales presentations and tours to prospective customers -- must be able to identify and sell to the customer's needs
• Accurately prepare/process required screenings and paperwork for applicants, new residents and residents renewing their lease
• Create and participate in resident social activities
• Provide quality, professional service to prospective residents, current residents, team members and vendors
