Job summary

Dietz Property Group is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant in Blacklick, OH. The role focuses on phone outreach, guided tours, and accurate processing of applicant screenings to convert inquiries into lease agreements.

You will engage prospective residents, coordinate tours, and deliver professional service to residents and vendors, with a schedule that may include Saturdays and varying hours across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a sales or face-to-face customer service role.
• Proficient in basic office software and ability to learn property management tools.
• Able to work Saturdays and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Make and take phone calls with prospective customers and residents, describing the community's features, benefits and value
• Perform sales presentations and tours to prospective customers -- must be able to identify and sell to the customer's needs
• Accurately prepare/process required screenings and paperwork for applicants, new residents and residents renewing their lease
• Create and participate in resident social activities
• Provide quality, professional service to prospective residents, current residents, team members and vendors

Dietz Property Group is seeking a sales professional to become a Full-time Leasing Consultant (40 hours per week) with us at one of our premier apartment communities in the Blacklick, OH area. You must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or face-to-face customer service role and be able to perform the necessary requirements outlined below to be considered for this position.

• Previous property management experience is not required

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time Leasing Consultant position for which the hours vary depending on the property needs but mostly is an M-F 9 to 6.
