SL River Oaks Owner LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our thriving property management company. The Leasing Consultant handles all aspects of the leasing process, from introducing properties to prospective tenants to periodic inspections of actively leased properties, with a goal to achieve high occupancy and profitability for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices.
• Up-to-date on the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Experience with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacant properties.
• Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities.
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references.
• Accept rental payments.
• Negotiate leasing terms.
• Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs.
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned.
