The Opportunity

National Development is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant at 525 LINC in Allston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and apartment living, and a desire to foster community among residents and team members. As part of our leasing team, you will promote National Development pride in all interactions.

National Development Communities manages thirteen luxury apartment communities in Boston, offering high-quality living environments, engaging programs, and exceptional amenities, with a focus on community and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents, conduct tours, and manage leasing and move-in processes with excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Handle administrative tasks including lease creation, resident files, and correspondence.
• Prepare weekly leasing reports.
• Assist in planning and executing resident events.
• Manage social media content in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to foster community.
